It took us a little while to get here, but it's been a big two years since we first decided to form a charitable organization. One epic trip with some old friends inspired us to share the stoke of surfing, action sports, music and art with even more people who have endured some really hard times.
Operation Stoke's board members stayed strong during the past 18 months of shutdown era restrictions and limitations that threw us all for a loop. We kept dreaming and working toward this goal that we finally achieved!
There is still a long road ahead but this major milestone of official 501(c)3 status was a much needed reminder that we are on the right path. Stay tuned for lots more great news, stoked out events and even some fun new fundraising ideas being announced soon.
